I want to enjoy the rest of my life and to make the most of it.  I believe that staying physically fit is a big part of that.  I want to continue to run for the rest of my life and enjoy it.

Personal:

I'm from good ol' Hurricane, UT, but I currently live in Glendale, AZ where I am attending medical school at Midwestern University.  I am married with 1 kid at the moment.  I love to run, and despise treadmills, but here they are currently a necessity.

Great run this morning.  Due to my busy schedule today, I had to go at 4:30 this morning.  I ran from my house to Logan Canyon and then up to the Bridger Campground just past Zanavoo then back.  It was awesome.  I didn't see any other runners until my 8 mile mark.

One thing that I have noticed now that my long runs are breaking ten miles is that I feel like I'm running out of fuel.  I know that on race day I'll have Goo, but I'm not sure if I should use it on these runs or suck it up and push through it.  Any ideas?

I would try Gu a few times before the race, just so you can know if it works. If you're like me, that stuff takes some getting used to. Try a couple of different products too. I really like Hammer Gels because they don't make me feel queasy. I like Shot Bloks (or Gu Chomps...same thing) even better. But I wouldn't do it every run. That gets expensive at $2+ a pop. If I were you, I'd take a water bottle and mix some Powerade or something in with your water just to give you a few calories and electrolytes.

I also have some stuff called Solstic Revive that I've found works pretty well. I mix it with Emergen-C in my water. I've got to order some more, as I'm almost out, but I could let you try a few packets if you want. I also know people who do stuff like just putting honey and Emergen-C in their water.
