I want to enjoy the rest of my life and to make the most of it.  I believe that staying physically fit is a big part of that.  I want to continue to run for the rest of my life and enjoy it.

Personal:

I'm from good ol' Hurricane, UT, but I currently live in Glendale, AZ where I am attending medical school at Midwestern University.  I am married with 1 kid at the moment.  I love to run, and despise treadmills, but here they are currently a necessity.

Today was the final pre-marathon run.  I can't believe it is here already.  I'm pretty nervous, but really excited.  I have worked really hard for this.

Today's run was a simple loop up through River Heights and providence.  I tried not to take it too quickly, but I ended up running it 9:05/mile.  Since my marathon pace is projected at around 10:00/mile, that was significantly quicker.  I'm shooting to hit a nice 4:20:00 on the marathon, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Craig, you will do great. I see you are from Hurricane too, so that's how you know Joe. Good luck tomorrow, I look forward to reading your race report. And watching you hobble into class monday!
