After not running yesterday, I was really anxious to get out and run.  I set out to run for three miles, but about the 2 1/2 mile mark, I decided I had wind for five.  I did have the wind, but my feet decided they didn't want to go that far.  At 3 1/2 miles, I had a few blisters forming right on the middle of my foot pad.  I pushed it for another little while, and then decided, it was time to call it a day.  Gotta figure out how to beat the blisters.

Great job! You'll grow some callouses, don't worry. :) Then you'll have hideous runners' feet like me! Until then maybe try out some different kinds of socks and see if that solves your problem.

Both these guys are right! Runners feet are ummm great. You will build up some callouses, but in addition to checking the socks, shoes can also cause many a blister. If you have a running store nearby you may want to be sure on your size/fit. Just my 2 cents.
