Today I ran into some problems. I started out a little bit stiff, but it didn't seem too problematic until I hit about the mile mark. My legs absolutely locked up at this point. My calves honestly haven't heart this bad since the marathon. I really don't know what happened. My plan was to run 4, but it became quite clear that was not going to happen. |
